Cancellation Policy

As Client of Idena Designs you are able to book appointments immediately without requiring approval. Please select the correct check in duration for your session that is appropriate for your concerns. If the booking required payment, it will be due at the time of booking. Bookings with or without payment are subject to a no-show and late cancellation fee of $25, if cancelled within 24 hours of the schedule meeting time.
